About me

• Moved to Stockholm 1984 and started a carreer in tele- and data communication. Started my gym and strength training at this time and also started to work as a gym instructor during weekends at Colloseum Gym.
• After over 30 years as a Datacom System Specialist (BSc) working at Swedish, German and US companies I finished this 2016 and started an education at theAcademy as Personal Trainer.
• My Personal Trainer and FRISK license was obtained at theAcademy 2017.
  • A FRISK-licensed personal trainer has proven to have solid knowledge and the skills that correspond to the requirements that Almega Friskvårdsföretagen assesses that a personal trainer must possess in order to effectively and safely help people with exercise, physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.
• I started to work at Sats Stureplan 2018.
• I have continued to educate myself in fitness and during Covid, when workload was at a minimum I received a certification as ISSA Master Trainer after almost 1 year of studies. See more My Certifications.
